Job Description
SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The successful canidate will:
Consolidate reference information by collecting, organizing and assembling data for reports, presentations and/or special projects
Convey project work to other divisions within RBI (Construction, Boiler, Controls, Special Projects)
Work closely as a team member with other parts of the business
Maintain competitive advantage by learning about competitor activity, offerings and reporting to management
Communicate customer perceptions and needs by gathering customer feedback and sharing information with management
Maintain records of sales, customer information and requests by updating the database
Follow safety guidelines and policies in support of the company safety program
Serve customers by answering inquiries and responding to special requests
Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action and communicating with customers and staff as needed
Maintain client lists and contact customers for additional services
Provide proposals for service contracts
Sell RBI services at a level that supports the annual gross margin % goal
Respond to customer needs by identifying needs and solutions, generating proposals and closing orders
Recommended Prerequisites:
Formal education, certifications and/or experience required:
Must possess strong sales skills
Technical or business degree preferred
3-5 years experience in HVAC or related field as well as sales
Technical background with combination of education and experience
Physical requirements:
Ability to visit individual customer accounts / sites to review progress and scope of work
Ability to climb stairs and ladders to access certain areas of a customer's site as necessary
Other Requirements:
Maintain prompt and regular attendance
Ability to work on a team and interact with people
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Ability to read, analyze and interpret request for proposals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
