You can expect from us:
An exciting and technically creative team environment 40-hour full-time work week with consistent schedule Tech Support Help Desk Agent Responsibilities Provide front-line phone and email support for Customers Assist Customers with troubleshooting connection issues, escalate and coordinate second tier and beyond support from operations staff and external parties.
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and verbal requests regarding Customer Service-related issues.
Document, track and monitor Customer problems to ensure timely resolution Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Escalation Procedures and Work Order Procedures Monitor Network functionality and availability.
Communicate with all departments involved in maintaining top level Customer Service Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times Learn the basics of the VABB Network and the various types of Access Point equipment along with software used for Network Monitoring Assist customers in understanding VABB service and recognizing future sales opportunities Assist the Field Techs and Engineers in maintaining and servicing customer and Network equipment.
Tech Support Help Desk Agent Qualifications and Skills Basic understanding of Computer Hardware, Software, and Basic Home Networking Help desk experience, preferably in the IT Field Knowledge of RF coverage and wireless system experience is a plus Strong visualization and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn new software Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Punctual and reliable attendance Monday thru Friday 8-5 Positive Attitude Motivated and self directed Job Type:
