The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities Manage property details Enter data into company spreadsheets and/or databases Assist with development of company owned portal Compile and analyze internal and external information for compliance audits Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Skills Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
